Qualification : Diploma/ BE / Mechanical

Experience : 2-5 years from Rubber or Automotive industry.

Job Activity

Ensuring Safety Ops & Deployment

•             Effective utilization of available manpower       

•             Preparation of shift schedule for shift workmen

•             Impart training to new workmen to achieve standard output rates

•             Ensure proper motivation to workmen to retain them.

•             Maintain healthy relationships with the union by following terms of the agreement.

•             Supervise NF 02 production activities

•             To follow all safety rules & regulations during operations

Production Planning

Planning of MOP and execution of  the same

Plan and ensure reaching  Targeted production of reclaim first grade & 555 grade

Quality of production to be controlled i.e. A/C batch nature & refining quality

 Ensure that Budgeted Machine O/P rates are achieved

Predictive & Preventive machine/material management and upkeep of machineries

Ensure availability of consumable items with minimum inventory level like wire nets, gaskets, packing material, oils & chemicals and effective utilization of the same.

Systems Implementation ( ISO , IATF …)

Implementation of Integrated management system i.e. IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 including 5-S.

Responsible for Hazard identification, risk assessment and control

Responsible for  preparation of Aspect - Impact analysis and studying it To monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all the safety control and parameters on all the equipment in the plant

Support to maintain IMS, 5 S certification & Six Sigma projects and update documentation

Other General Deliverables

Proper communication with service departments like Maintenance., Stores, RMY and QC

Update professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

Maintaining daily reports & records like production, packing

To complete production data entry in SAP on day to day basis
